Decorreram nos dias 6 e 7 de maio as Jornadas dos Cursos Profissionais na nossa escola.
Esta iniciativa visa mostrar a importância destes percursos formativos, as ofertas curriculares e as vantagens da formação profissional, promovendo a conexão entre escolas, empresas e a comunidade.
No dia 6, os alunos dos diferentes cursos profissionais (TGPSI, TTAR, TEAC e TIE) organizaram exposições nas salas, de acordo com a matriz do seu percurso formativo, onde disponibilizaram materiais e atividades que os alunos da escola puderam visitar, com o objetivo de mostrar um pouco do que fazem no âmbito do seu curso. Da parte da tarde, no Auditório da Escola, decorreu uma Sessão onde estiveram presentes Entidades que ajudam na procura de Emprego (IEFP/ GIP), Entidades Empregadoras e de Formação em Contexto de Trabalho (FCT), parceiros do nosso Agrupamento de Escolas nos Cursos Profissionais, e ex-alunos que deram o seu testemunho relativamente à frequência e impacto dos cursos profissionais nos seus percursos pessoais e profissionais.
No dia 7, as exposições continuaram abertas e marcaram presença algumas instituições de Ensino Superior e de Saídas Profissionais. Esta Mostra contou com a participação de stands da Universidade de Aveiro, da Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, da Universidade do Porto, da Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR), da Polícia de Segurança Pública (PSP) e do Exército de Vila Real. Os alunos visitaram os stands, tiveram a oportunidade de colocar questões, esclarecer dúvidas, conhecer possibilidades formativas e/ou profissionais que existem para quando terminarem o seu curso.
O balanço desta iniciativa foi muito positivo. É de salientar a forma empenhada com que os alunos se envolveram nas diversas atividades de promoção e valorização dos Cursos Profissionais.
Esta iniciativa foi desenvolvida no âmbito das atividades EQAVET, SPO e em parceria com o IEFP, GIP e CLDS 5G.
